Our delicious fresh produce and garnishes are sourced daily and subject to seasonal availability and substitutions.

To keep things simple for you, our platters arrive to your aircraft on a disposable board, ready-to-serve! Simply lift them out of their protective box and display.

Keep refrigerated & consume within 48hrs. Our produce is best enjoyed on the day of receiving.
