• Cured ham & cheddar cheese
• Grilled chicken breast & avocado
• Creamy brie, onion chutney, rocket and fig
• Avocado, houmous & pine nut (Vegan)
• Bacon, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise
• Egg mayonaise & avocado

 

Unless otherwise requested, this board will feature a mixed selection of fillings.

 

Our delicious fresh produce and garnishes are sourced daily and subject to seasonal availability and substitutions.

To keep things simple for you, our platters arrive to your aircraft on a disposable board, ready-to-serve! Simply lift them out of their protective box, unwrap and display.

Keep refrigerated & consume within 24hrs. Our produce is best enjoyed on the day of receiving.

 

Our ready-to-serve boards are available in three aircraft friendly size options;

 

Half Atlas - 27 x 18cm - Serves 1-2 (approx 5 bagels, halved)

Full Atlas - 36 x 27cm - Serves 3-4 (approx 10 bagels, halved)

 

Our Banquet board is perfect for larger gatherings, parties and celebrations - 42 x 34cm - Serves 6-8
